You may apply for return within **30 calendar days from the date you receive your goods**.

\n\u2011Returns simply because you change your mind or size mismatch are accepted, but return shipping cost shall be covered<\/p>\n
Return Procedure<\/p>\n
1. Please contact our customer service by email with your order number and product photos to state your return reason.
\n2. After approval, we will provide you with return shipping address.
\n3. Buyer is responsible for sending items back and covering return shipping fees.
\n4. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund.<\/p>\n
Refund Rules<\/p>\n
\u2011For defective, wrong\u2011item\u2011sent issues: you can choose replacement or full refund. Our side bears outbound shipping cost.
\n\u2011For buyer\u2011initiated returns (change\u2011of\u2011mind etc.): only product price will be refunded. Original outbound shipping fee and return shipping fee will not be refunded.
\n\u2011Refund will be issued within 3\u20117 business days after goods inspection. Actual arrival time depends on your payment provider.<\/p>\n
Rejection of Package<\/p>\n
If you refuse delivery of the package, round\u2011trip shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund amount.<\/p>\n
