Return Eligibility
You may apply for return within **30 calendar days from the date you receive your goods**.
Items must be unused, undamaged and kept in original complete packaging.
The following items are NOT eligible for free‑return:
‑Used, worn or artificially damaged goods
‑Custom‑made personalized products
‑Returns simply because you change your mind or size mismatch are accepted, but return shipping cost shall be covered
Return Procedure
1. Please contact our customer service by email with your order number and product photos to state your return reason.
2. After approval, we will provide you with return shipping address.
3. Buyer is responsible for sending items back and covering return shipping fees.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund.
Refund Rules
‑For defective, wrong‑item‑sent issues: you can choose replacement or full refund. Our side bears outbound shipping cost.
‑For buyer‑initiated returns (change‑of‑mind etc.): only product price will be refunded. Original outbound shipping fee and return shipping fee will not be refunded.
‑Refund will be issued within 3‑7 business days after goods inspection. Actual arrival time depends on your payment provider.
Rejection of Package
If you refuse delivery of the package, round‑trip shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund amount.
Time Limit
Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
